"I paid 70-80euro for breakfast , it is just could by in lobby 19euro , all the customers are the same breakfast but it is the different price. I told to the Expedia and they emailed to them and the hotel refused to return. It is terrible. I books two premium rooms two days and fully paid for four meal. And the reception is so unfriendly for checking out. My room I order big but all the things inside is so old and the carpet the furnitures are so dirty . The curtains is so poor and dirty. I...

"Staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful with anything that we needed. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed for a one night stay. The balcony style area was the only thing that could have done with a bit of a clean and tidy up."

"Checked in by a very friendly young Spanish man,I rate his attitude ten out of ten.Sadly when I visited reception to book an alarm call the American receptionist was not very friendly and the alarm call did not happen.When leaving another receptionist could offer no explanation for this.Needless to say alarm calls are crucial for travellers."
