I suppose my only thoughts revolve around the bathroom, which had a ceiling leak above the shower / tub... This resulted in a brownish liquid to slowly drip / run down the wall and into the tub. That said, I'm confident every room doesn't have this issue. Overall the vibe is that of a 2-3 star accommodation ...

The Classic Desert Aire Hotel
Overall it worked but I would not stay here again because of the cleanliness. Staff was great you could just tell they were not big on cleaning or maintaining the property overall.

The Lodge at Cloudcroft
They said hotels.com already assigned my room number so I couldn’t have a ground floor room. Had to carry all luggage up 3 plus flights of stairs. Toilet kept clogging and when I called she didn’t know if they had a plunger and said you can come down and get it if they do. I asked if maintenance ...
