"The room was clean and the staff were wonderful. However what made this resort excellent are the amenities offered. The pool area was ideal for celebrating my daughter’s 6th birthday. "Room was clean, beds were comfy and the staff was very friendly during check in. Only downside, nothing major, was the WiFi would blip in and out but that was understandable song as how many people were staying in the hotel. Overall, it was the best hotel I’ve stayed in"

"I took my husband here for his birthday. As a former Disney employee we've been to a good amount of hotels in the Orlando area mainly Disney hotels and some outside of Disney. This hotel was amazing for the price. If you are on a budget or just want something more affordable this is a great option. The service, cleanliness, staff, convenience was such a good experience. We didn't have any issues. Very streamlined process. But our favorite part was the food and food options. They had so much variety and the food actually tasted good. Compared to other hotels we've visited where the food was bland and overpriced. We already decided we are going to be coming back and checking out other universal hotels as this was our first experience at one of their hotels. And it was a great one. "
