"Great front desk staff at reception, clean room, breakfast, snacks, and a super location. My only issue was that the room was like a meat locker; it was super cold, I mean, like meat locker cold."

"Reserve y pague una habitación por 6 días para dos personas con desayuno incluido y cuando llegue al hotel la sorpresa es que tenía que pagar 23 dólares diarios por el desayuno. Obvio no los pague y preferí salir a desayunar con mi esposo y mi hija. "

"Amazing place to stay for our trip to Universal Studios! The hotel had a shuttle each day in the morning and night time. Always right on time and always had enough room. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious each day with lots of variety. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. They also had coffee and hot water always available which was pleasant. Great location and easy to get in and out of with free parking! Couldn’t recommend enough! Come and enjoy! "

"This resort was beautiful. Really great for families wanting more space and a nice pool and activities area. We loved playing pickleball and the water slides. The decor throughout the property was so well thought out and modern but colorful. The unit and kitchen was perfectly appointed. I was so impressed with this property including the staff. The internet and TV were not working properly while we were there but assume this will get resolved. "
