Hotel dekat Universal’s Volcano BayTM

"This was a pretty decent choice as a hotel for our Universal trip. You can technically walk to Universal, we didn’t this time. They have a pretty cool photo booth inside of the hotel. Room was pretty cozy, shower was nice and our king bed was really nice. The only thing I am going to bring attention to is that the lobby is always busy and full of so many people. The front desk is so close to the front door that it makes you feel claustrophobic. Staff always seemed to be busy by hotel guests, so...

"El check in se supone que estuviera listo a las 4pm y tan pronto llegue me indicaron que sobre vendieron la habitación y no tenían más disponible tendría que esperar al otro día. Me dieron otra habitación de una sola cama para 4 personas lo cual estuvimos súper incómodos. We did want a room for three and the couch in the room did not fold out nor was it large enoigh for a teenager to sleep comfortably. We were disappointed in the breakfast in the morning."
