"Amazing place to stay for our trip to Universal Studios! The hotel had a shuttle each day in the morning and night time. Always right on time and always had enough room. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious each day with lots of variety. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. They also had coffee and hot water always available which was pleasant. Great location and easy to get in and out of with free parking! Couldn’t recommend enough! Come and enjoy! "

"Very clean room and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Easy parking on site and always love the free shuttles to the parks- although we ended walking to Islands of Adventure because it was so close! Technology running the room was cool and we loved the robots roaming the hallways delivering things to the rooms. Overall a great stay"

"NOISY!! This is wedged in the corner of multiple highways. It is directly across from universal Studios parks, which is convenient but at midnight when everyone comes back from the parks and you hear door slamming for a close to an hour. "

"No conditioner in shower upon arrival and not enough wash clothes in room. Also ice maker was broken. "

"The property and our room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the usual hotel complimentary breakfast. Close to shopping outlet malls and Universal parks. The only issue we encountered is the restaurant options nearby are not great and the hotel itself only has snacks for sale."
