"It was no better than any other place that we have stayed. Even though it was more than we were expecting to pay. The bathroom faucet was not stable. The air conditioner was off so we had to wait. No coffee was available and the doors were locked. We didn't see any other customers. We have been there without any problems."

"The villa was clean and organized. But the shower was terrible in draining the water. Every time we shower there is a paddle of water forming inside in the shower and it wasn’t very good experience. Overall the villa was clean and beautiful. Also it should be very helpful that the hotel provides a luggage cart because we were having a hard time with bringing out our stuff"

"It was a very nice place to stay. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Hotel was spotless, room was newly upgraded and very clean. The only con for me was a little remote because I was on the business trip. But it is great location if you are just relaxing and want to be away from city."

We needed to request linens for the pull-out bed and bath towels for the number of guests in our reservation and received them promptly. The pool/spa was clean. I believe the hotel is undergoing renovations at the time of our visit. Some of the exterior furnishings seemed outdated. Overall, we had a good time"
