Indian Wells Resort Hotel
8/10 Good

Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa
6/10 Okay
"When you walk into the room it looks nice and clean. But when you really start looking you'll notice it looks older, more esthetics like flooring, baseboards and carpet. Parking was a headache and more frustrating that parking cost $30 per day but there was never enough parking. Guest I spoke with said they were told to park in handicap. Cars were also parked along the parking lot which wasn't even a parking spot"

Miracle Springs Resort & Spa
10/10 Excellent
"Stayed with family - we love the pools and the convenience of having a room right by one of the 8 pools. It’s very close to Joshua Tree and Palm Springs which were a plus. Parking could be a challenge if you get back to the hotel late but there is always a spot, it could just be farther from where your room is. Not our first time staying at this hotel and will definitely not be the last. "

Aqua Soleil Hotel & Mineral Water Spa
10/10 Excellent
"Clean room, easy check in, nice pool "

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs
8/10 Good
"Even with the geese honking right outside our window at 5:30 am, the room was nice, and the bed was comfortable. Too bad the poolside bar was not open on the days we were there. Unfortunately, there were never enough clean towels at pool. Had to call for more towels, each day and it took about 25 minutes for someone to restock at pool. Otherwise, staff were all very nice, helpful and courteous. "

The Westin Desert Willow Villas, Palm Desert
10/10 Excellent
"Such a great relaxing environment. Close to all activities."

Embassy Suites by Hilton Palm Desert
4/10 Poor
"I've stayed at plenty of Embassy Suites over the years and unfortunately, this hotel was one of my least favorites. While the exterior of the hotel was nice, the inside of each unit was a different story. The bathrooms were extremely small and in not great shape. It was clear that the ceiling had experienced some leaks as the paint had bubbled and sagged and there were holes in the paint where the liquid had been drained. There was rust and holes in the wall throughout.
One of the worst parts about this is the structural integrity of the building itself. We were in a ground floor room and when the guests above us came home for the night, EVERY single step they had upstairs was accompanied with a *thud* as well as creaks in the floor. And it is not an exaggeration when I say EVERY SINGLE STEP was met with a thud/vibration as well as a creaking. Imagine this late at night as well as early early in the morning when your room is otherwise dead silent.
The breakfast at this location was also the worst I've ever experienced at an Embassy Suites. The only hot food items they had available were scrambled eggs and potatoes. The omelette line was always at least 10-15 people deep and at 3-5 minutes per omelette, there was no way I was going to stand in line for 45 minutes for one.
One of the pros was that the hotel staff that checked us in was very friendly and efficient. But other than that, the stay as a whole was unfortunately met with disappointment after disappointment. "

Marriott's Shadow Ridge I-The Villages
4/10 Poor
"Important to know it is not a full service hotel. No room service and they do not clean the room daily. "

Motel 6 Indio, CA - Palm Springs
6/10 Okay
"For the price this place is a good deal. It is an old basic property and about what you would expect for a Motel 6 that is older and not updated. The neighborhood is not the best. I just needed a cheap place for one night and I felt it was about what I expected. The guy that checked me in and the guy that checked me out were both friendly and professional."
