"The hotel (or motel) was really nice and even allowed us to check in two hours early, which gave me time to prepare for the Coachella event. The air conditioner was a bit loud, but after a fun night out, it didn’t bother me much. "We stayed here on our short weekend getaway visiting Palm Springs in March for the Indian Well open. The proximity of the hotel to the greater Palm Springs area was perfect if you have a car which is a must. "When we checked in and opened the door to the hotel room, we turned on the lights and saw all the roaches scatter away. There was roach poop droppings on the bed and the whole room was dirty with hair laying everywhere. The fire alarm was off, the batteries were missing. Front desk was not answering their phones. We ended up checking out and sleeping in our car. This place is horrible, unsanitary and disgusting. Expedia was able to refund a portion. I love Expedia but absolutely hate this hotel....
