"the staff was friendly and helpful. though the room was clean, we had to request a new coffee pot, the dresser had 2 drawers that would'nt open, the mattress on the bed was worn out, one of the air conditioner cords was cut, the dining room drapes appeared to be not be working. Only one elevator was working (the one closest to our room) and we had to walk across the entire system to get to an elevator. The stairs closest to our room were cracked, causing concern. "The room was nice. The staff was very nice. The biggest issue is parking. There is a per day parking fee. This might have been acceptable were it "secured" parking. It is literally a standard parking lot like you would see at any department store, grocery store, or bank. The parking fee is ridiculous."

"Rooms were nothing nice, very Spartan accommodations. Watch out for the $50.00 pet fee which is not reflected on the price by Expedia. Staff was very confused and didn’t seem to know policy or procedures of the hotel. Upon leaving in the morning there was no one at the front desk and it had a rolling metal shutters and no where to leave the keys. I highly recommend looking elsewhere like the comfort inn. They accept pets and can accommodate you with no surprises-"

"The room was clean, but the LED lighting they use in the room is that cool blue, and it is terrible. Makes the room feel like a hospital. The worst part is the parking. The spaces are all for subcompact cars so everyone is parking across the lines. Don't even think about parking in the garage with a normal-sized car. On the bright side, the staff was great and breakfast was pretty good."

"Clean and comfortable. Love the kitchenette and bigger than usual fridge. Only weird part about the room was the shower only had glass covering half the shower, no door or curtain for the other side. Originally we figured it's just a new style of shower, but the open part is where the shower head sprays and the shower head wouldn't adjust so it made a mess each time we showered. NOTE: There is parking at this property. The description says "No Parking" but that is incorrect."
