"Front desk at check in was great, very nice and friendly. Got to our room (137) - all the way at the end next to the side entrance. Stairwell door is right across from that room door and it slammed often at night waking us up. The side entrance door to the outside is broken and every time a person goes in or out, it stays wide open for anyone to enter all day and night. It needs fixed ASAP. Upon entering our room, everything looked in order and nice, smelled clean. But when barefoot, the floor...

"I loved the staff. I had a huge issue with my registration and they remained helpful and professional. Once we figured out issue (thankfully I had my email conformation) the issue was resolved. The breakfast was also good. I would’ve given all 5s but there was a cat in hotel lobby and I’m allergic to them"

"The room was very clean. Beds comfy. Pull out couch was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The pool was nice but kept running out of towels because there were so many people swimming. But the staff was very attentive and replaced towels when requested. I loved the cornhole game and large connect four game in the courtyard. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"The property was scary. It might have been the clientele but my daughter and I slept with our pepper gel and stun gun out while putting the chair in front of the door. The Days Inn next door look better kept. I won’t be staying there again. Also the smoke detector what hanging off the wall. I don’t even know if it worked. There was almost an inch gap under the door into the room. Definitely don’t stay in that room since any critter could come in. I’m sure during the winter, it would be fun...

"We booked the jacuzzi suite room. If you have a room with one of those in there I recommend setting the air conditioner to the “dry” setting, if not the whole room is moist. The floor was slippery, the carpet was sticky, and even the nightstands had condensation on them. It got better after we set the air conditioner to dry. Our TV wouldn’t connect to the internet all three days we were there, and our phone in our room didn’t work at all. Other than those minor inconveniences, the service was...
