"Very clean rooms.."

"We checked in around 8:30 pm. Reviews online were excellent. Room was fairly clean (popcorn on the nightstand) Bathroom sink did not have hot water. Shower did In the morning, the toilet would not flush. When I shared these issues upon checkout, the ladies on staff thanked me for letting them know and said they would notify maintenance."

"AC worked really well, staff very friendly, smiling and helpful. Clean room and plenty of parking. Walls between rooms are thin, room next to us came in after midnight and had tv blasting till after 3 am. Coffee is very good, available 24 hours, beans are ground to order, always fresh. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area."

"The staff is very rude. I've called 4 times for them to release the hold on my card from the deposit. I've talked to 2 different people and both stated they would email a receipt and they still never sent it. Keep the money I guess someone there needs it. Use it for all the mold and nasty carpet"

"We did not stay at Days Inn, Tuscaloosa, because when we got there at 1:30 am, the hotel was CLOSED. No arrangements had been made for us to stay somewhere else. We were sent to a Microtel across town that no longer exists. The night watchman or whoever he was tried to contact another hotel but could get no answer. We finally found another hotel on our own, that was not worth the money we paid, for the rest of that night. The next day Days Inn arranged for us to stay at Microtel, Cottondale,...
