"Hotel stay was comfortable and very convenient to touring the historical district. Lots of restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was unique as the toilet was in a separate room from the shower but it proved logical if you're not traveling alone. Towels were plentiful but kind scratchy. Pillows and comforter were fair. Room came equipt with coffee machine, refrigerator and microwave. AC seemed to have to run non-stop to keep it at 72 degrees, but hey, it's the South lol. Overall the breakfast each morning and superior staff were the best part of this stay."

"What a refreshing change to stay at such an excellent hotel. The staff was friendly and professional, the entire hotel, including my room, was clean and new. The breakfast that was served was beyond anything that you normally get, and at 5 PM, dinner is served! This place is absolutely top shelf. I highly recommend it, and I would be sure to stay at this establishment again. I have a map and there are 150 of these hotels in this family-owned company. You can certainly feel the pride of ownership versus a corporate hotel. Did I mention the beautiful gym, pool and the hot tub? Everything immaculate. Don’t hesitate to tell your friends!"

"The facility was very clean, every staff member was friendly and helpful. The location is great - it's less than a 10-minute walk to the first stop on the Hop On Hop Off Trolley. Unless you find overnight parking somewhere else, you have to use their valet parking. We've never done that before, so it took us a bit to think through what we needed from the car before they whisked it away. You have in and out access to your car, but you have to request it. They were pretty efficient, but you need to allow extra time incase they're slammed. If you need something from your car, they will get it for you - you cannot go and get it. But the location was so great, we never needed to get the car until we left and that was very fast at 8 AM on a Thursday. The room was nicely appointed, plenty of outlets for charging devices, a mini-fridge and microwave, a safe for valuables. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the shower was good. We spent most of our time out in the city, so we didn't use any of the ammenities. There are tons of restaurants around, in all price ranges, and a convenient store nearby for snacks and beverages."

"The location was perfect. We enjoyed our walk to the Riverfront and a few of the nearby parks too. The room was clean and the mattress was very comfortable. Our room was quiet and our sleep restful"
Cambria Hotel Savannah Downtown Historic District

"This hotel is in a great downtown location however, there is only valet parking and the circle drive entrance is not big enough to accommodate a truck. Can be an issue for unloading luggage. The hotel it's self is beautiful. It has been recently renovated and is very quiet. We ate breakfast at the restaurant downstairs and the food was really good!!! The room was a an odd shape but nice and large. The bed was comfortable and the room had great amenities. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Just be aware of the valet parking requirement and the issue with space if you drive a truck."

"The hotel was great; very clean, nice amenities, easy check in, and friendly staff. The room was comfortable, spacious, and had everything I needed for my work trip. The proximity to the conference center, shopping, dining, and sightseeing was great. I had one negative issue, and unfortunately, it was a significant enough to prevent my return. The hotel has posted quiet hours beginning at 10pm. However, the bar serves until midnight. The first night wasn't terrible, just the occasional loud bursts of laughter or raised voices. For the remainder of my stay, the bar played football games until last call. The noise of the game and the loud patrons echoed throughout the atrium, (which all balconies overlook) and could be clearly heard in my room. When I called the desk to inquire about why the noise was permitted to continue beyond the quiet hour, I was informed that there was nothing that could be done, as long as the bar was open. The man was very kind and polite, but it was clear that the concern was out of his hands. Needless to say, I did not sleep well and was exhausted by the end of my trip. Traveler beware - quiet hour may begin much later than advertised."
