"The hotel is beautiful, it has an onsite restaurant serving breakfast and dinner (we didn’t try but options look great), plus onsite quick coffee shop and bar. We were also able to enjoy the pool, and it was great. The gym could use some updating. Staff were attentive and friendly. While the general areas (lobby, restaurant, entrance) were clean, I think our room and floor could have been cleaner. Overall we had a great stay, just wish housekeeping would be more detailed and thorough. Also worth noting that it’s pet friendly and very centrally located and walkable to all points of interest. "

"Decent stay but the room showed some wear and wasn’t very clean. There was dirt on the floor and shaving stubble in the sink. Location was convenient and room was otherwise comfortable."

"Staff not friendly or helpful Room was small for a premium room We asked the difference between premium and regular room and was told we got a higher floor other than that no difference I can say the location was good I cannot say I would recommend this hotel to anyone"

"We were staying only one night and flying out early the next morning so we didn't have the breakfast. The dining room looked lovely, though, and there was great coffee/beverage station closeby. We had planned to have some bar food for a light dinner, but were told by the bartender that "her food guy couldn't come in tonight" so there was no food. She was very nice, though. The hotel is very close to City Market and River Street, which is a big plus. Also, very attentive third-party valet service."

"Hotel was very nice, clean and in very convenient location. Breakfast was nice, fresh but closer to 10am a lot of things were empty like milk for cereal or coffee. Overall great experience will stay there again in the way back for sure. "
