They are always looking to assist you with anything that you may need, doesn’t matter what you need to make sure they get it for you and they have great recommendations. The hotel doesn’t see much the outside but once you see the inside and the rooms and interact with the staff, it’s a great place. It is very pet friendly, and you will not believe that it does not smell at all, that a pet hasn’t even ever been there so is the best. I love that when I stay with my kids it was awesome. "
