"Can’t get any closer to the beach. Hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Over all nicely situated."

"The pool area is not well kept or clean. Breakfast included, but same food was offered everyday over 4 days of the stay, so we ended up grabbing breakfast out. Not convenient to downtown Charleston or the beaches if you are looking to go there."

"The manager was hardworking, friendly, and tried to be accommodating. Our room was toxic with mildew, and I needed to wear a mask and wash my feet after stepping barefoot on the carpet. The room was not clean. Hairs, crumbs, caulked over mold and mildew, stained toilet... I did not trust the water in the shower, and we could not stay to enjoy the pool because I needed to remove myself from the unhealthy air, esp. since I had just been discharged from the hospital with breathing issues. "While the room was spacious and clean the unstaffed hotel can feel inhospitable and unwelcoming. The notice that you’ll be removed from your room if you have someone over to do little more than wait for an Uber resulted in an uncomfortable and awkward situation. The lock code was obvious when assigned and troublesome not working within several tries, the code to the ice and water also stopped working on our second day, resulting in no water or ice on our second night."
