"I like the hotel service and staff friendliness. The hotel is really complete with all nice amenities like the breakfast included, the pool and waterpark and beach right next to it. Place is really clean and nice atmosphere. I did not like that parking and resort fees are now being charged. This was not done on our prior trips to this hotel, Embassy in Myrtle beach. "

"The Sanctuary was one of the best places I have ever stayed at. It was very nice and elegant yet was not stuffy at all. We were all very comfortable on the property. The amenities were good. Lots of kids activities. The beach is quiet and clean. Service was impeccable. It will cost you though! Everything is very pricey"

"Been there multiple times over recent years and we always enjoy our stay. A couple things we didn't care for this visit 1) Continuous calls from the Concierge desk. Letting us know at check in about specials and discounts is enough, i don't want notes left on our hotel door, calls, etc. 2) More pool chairs need to be set out during peak season. If every single chair is taken each morning by 9am thats annoying for guests. "
