"The room was not clean and needs significant improvement. We requested to move to another room due to the cleanliness issues, but unfortunately the second room was in similar condition. On a positive note, the staff were great and very friendly. The pool was very clean, and the amenities were excellent—my kids really enjoyed them. The hotel’s location is very convenient."

"I loved we could walk out to the beach or pool. The room was gorgeous. Our ac even though the engineers came couple times to fix it was humming loud all night. I believe it was our room issue. Our family who stayed in another room did not have same issue. The staff was all extremely helpful and nice. Food wise ( restaurants in area ) was good but not as unique as we hoped in the area. The better food was 20 min north or south ( Murrells inlet or barefoot landing )"
