"I stayed 3 nights at the Artezen and really enjoyed it. The room was really nice and clean. What really stood out for me were the beautiful linens by Frette (slippers too!), which I thought was a very elegant touch. The staff is delightfully young and friendly. Also very helpful when I asked for an iron … ironing board and iron sent to the room immediately. Also, I had a VIP voucher to use at the rooftop bar, but as it was closed on Sunday night and memorial day Monday night, I couldn’t use it....

"Had a wonderful stay at Nester Finn. We had two beds, two baths, a kitchen and a sleeper sofa did our family. The extra bathroom is a rarity! The fitness center was excellent and the rooftop a must for relaxing at night. Definitely the best stay I've had in New York City."

From the moment we checked in, the staff was so helpful in answering any questions we had and giving recommendations for things to do and places to see in the area. The Swan Room is amazing. The cocktails at the bar were fantastic and the bar tenders were fun to chat with. The food and atmosphere were so nice. Breakfast at the Corner Bar was also good. Arrangement with dry cleaners very helpful at the end of a month-long trip, but laundry list and staff gave different stories on timing. Likewise, I think there was room service, but there was no obvious menu or availability time listed anywhere and the restaurant menu on the web site doesn’t match the actual menu...

This new room A/C was not working and since we were very tired, we decided not to change room and because of hot weather we could not sleep good at all.
