"Our room was clean and comfortable, well designed, and quiet. Air conditioning works great, and having a mini fridge really helps in the summertime. Staff were helpful in 2) holding our bags prior to check in, and b) booking us a car to the airport. Located within a short walk to multiple must-sees like the freedom tower, Oculus shopping center, Brooklyn Bridge, South Street Seaport, and Pier 11 where you can take a scenice ferry ride to Dumbo, Brooklyn for the absolute best views of the city!"

"Cons The “cafe” and “bar” are pitiful. The room was not cleaned every day. On day three, I called the front desk because I had no clean towels and the trash was overflowing and they told me “our policy is to clean rooms every day, however, to insure a visit from housekeeping, guests must call each day and specifically request one.” That is absurd. Half of the electronics charging ports did not work. The TV remote stopped working in the evening, replacement remote/batteries were not...

"The room was clean. The hotel was beautiful. It was welcoming the iron we had to get replaced because it was dripping. The pillows was very soft and small. But overall, it was a nice, a little too expensive for 2 days. But nice. The atmosphere right was nice. It was nice to walk around to lots of places to eat and shop. just chilling in the area was safe (police department very near)."
