"We loved staying in Lower Manhattan. The hotel is within walking distance to the 9/11 Memorial, Wall Street, Oculus, many restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel staff were always helpful and with a smile on their face. The only issues that we had was that the rooms are not cleaned daily. We ran out of toilet paper and we had to request clean towels. For the price that we paid for a four night stay, the rooms should be cleaned daily and restocked. "

"I loved this property and I loved the views. The suite was a welcome surprise and the price was incredibly reasonable for Manhattan . The amenities were excellent. I was a little disappointed that through no fault of my own the toilet backed up and a maintenance guy came up with a plunger for less than 5 minutes to clear the toilet and I was charged over 60$ for this.
