We arrived just after midnight and had good communication from staff as to how to access key safe. Bed and pillows comfortable and bathroom recently renovated. A good inexpensive choice close to the airport."

"Please ensure that you go to the correct Ibis. We were directed around the side of the airport to the Ibis Budget. We spent an hour negotiating our trolley with cases back around to the other side of the airport to the Ibis Styles.... Once there, the staff were great, excellent room. Had a first class meal the following evening. Checkout excellent. "

"Friendly and helpful staff with a great, free shuttle service from the airport. They also dropped us at the nearby train station so we could go into the city. There were supermarkets, bus stops and takeaways within walking distance."

"Lovely clean, homely comfortable 1 bed apartment. Good shower, nice to have balcony space and well equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher with powder and liquid supplied. Enjoyed pool with amazing views of Melbourne, parking convenient, chargeable at 20 dollar's per night, walking distance to Woolworths and very convenient for tram. Enjoyed our stay here overall but somethings would make us not want to stay again at this Quest. In all honesty and we rarely leave negative remarks but we felt however this Quest was the least focused than all the others we stayed at during our ten week trip. There is a great coffee machine but regardless if you stay 10 nights or 1 night you only get 2 capsules your entire stay thereafter you pay, may as well book each night individually. You can have unlimited tea bags, instant coffee, laundry and dishwasher detergent but not capsules, so why bother supplying a machine in the apartment, just principle as never had this ever before in a Quest, it felt petty. The electric hob only one ring would work properly and the wifi was not good during our stay. We also asked for a high floor as possible with a city view, we got no view on the first floor, we know not guaranteed but didn’t feel it was personal just told all they had, we booked 6 months before. "
