"The first room we were assigned smelled like a middle school locker room . It was clear the carpets were not clean . The front desk had to move us to another room . Then, that evening , we were greeted by a 3 inch roach crawling across the bed. On the morning , we mentioned our evening to the general manager who jokingly said “ it was a normal occurrence in Georgia this time of year .” The breakfast was next . "We liked everything about Indigo Hotel. It has a lot of atmosphere, the facilities are modern & the decor inviting. We enjoyed reasonably priced meals on the outside patio, the pool & the rooftop view. The location is good. Will be back."

"I didn't have problems so much with my room, my problems were with the load nneighbors were addressed but continued to be load even after being addressed. So I had hoped I wouldn't have to call more then once but I did and they continued to be load well after 1AM. MY AC was just as load."

"Really not much to like unless you like cheap. Had to pay extra at check in for a third adult 🤔.Requested non smoking and room reeked of cigarettes and Marijuana. Dingy linens and towels. One small wastebasket for the room. No shower curtain liner. Refrigerator leaked overnight and we had to use the towels to clean the floor. That's how we found out the floors were FILTHY 😡. No offer for housekeeping. We had to RETURN THE DIRTY TOWELS BEFORE WE COULD GET MORE????? The shower and tub weren't...

"We reserved a two double bed with kitchen for 4 days and everything went great especially since it's located in Columbus GA was a very nice city. Plenty of stores and restaurants to get us by on our mini vacation."

"I walked into the lobby to the front desk and was immediately overwhelmed by the odor of marijuana and filth. I was afraid to touch anything, I walked out prepared to sleep in my car. It was graduation week and was so worried I wouldn’t find other accommodations at last minute. Thank GOD the Sleep Inn had one room available!"

"Rooms smells of cigarettes and weed along with a super potent musty smell like water has been trapped or something, floors were damp, bed uncomfortable. Stayed here a month or so ago as well and was told they were out of toilet paper when we ran out so had to go purchase some and was told the exact same thing this stay."

"Staff was nice and attentive. That was the only good thing about the property. First I was given a room someone was already in, elevator did not work, ice machines did not work, my room had to be pushed hard to open, room door had to be closed hard, room door did not lock, killed one roach and other bugs, and tv remote had no battery cover. I guess you get what you pay for."
