She needs a raise for being so kind, always had a smile, and was sooo helpful. I will recommend her for a manager spot. And in general the staff is amazing nice and even they had smiles on their faces. They need a cleanliness AWARD! 10/10 "

"One of the best hotel experiences in ages. Spotless rooms- great bed and comfortable sheets. AC worked well. Bathroom was clean. Nice staff. Loved floors in bedroom instead of carpet. AC worked perfected. Great job and highly recommend. "

"Sasha went above and beyond when we needed to adjust our stay. She was so very polite and considerate. She should be commended for her excellent customer service skills and representation of Best Western. The breakfast staff were both very accomodating and personable. The maintenance gentlement was also very polite and willing to accommodate any needs that arised. We were very impressed with the room accomodations and cleaning services. The employees really restored my faith in customer service excellence still being a part of our society. Thank you all very much for your service. I will recommend your facility and return when the opportunity arises."
