"When I arrived at the roadway Inn, they had told me that the pool was closed due to no lighting in the pool area so we did not get to use those amenities until the next morning and the pool doesn’t open until nine and you have to be checked out by 11 so an hour of the pool was all we got to enjoy!! the Jacuzzi was pretty dirty and it was breaking apart. "When I pulled up, the property looked deserted. Called to summon desk to check me in. He was very polite. The top safety latch was missing on my door, which being in the hotel all by myself was a little unnerving. Literally, I was alone with no hotel workers. There was no breakfast set up. I will say that everything looked very clean. Almost looked like they were working to fix up. Paid more then I would have expected for what I got. "

"The room was NOT clean, sheets were dirty, as well as sheets. Heater didn't work, flies in the room, I paided for a studio king bed, when I arrived I was informed room was not available any longer. I was provided a two twin bed. I asked for a refund, which I was decline, I have to contacted Expedia the same way I booked and paided. In addition, no one available at front desk. you had to call a number and then someone will come at front. Very very disappointed"
