"Review coming from a Family of 5 with 3 kids under 9 years old: We spontaneously booked the 3 bedroom at The Grant for an overnight in Savannah with the kids ... and we could have stayed a week! The photos literally don't even compare to how beautiful our room was in person! The exposed brick, the modern furniture ... THE SPACE! Truthfully ... it felt like a little European getaway! "We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott."

"The place is wonderful, we had a great time, spotless, well equipped. We park our car for the weekend and walk to all the attractions and restaurants. Walking noise from the apartment above is the one and only thing that keeps it from being perfect. We felt safe walking back to it from our night time ghost tour. Overall a great stay."
