"We stayed in the Nyuri Suite for 4 nights. The suite is huge, clean and well air conditioned. We brought our teenager and had his own room queen bed and bathroom within the suite. "Great location, clean room, great staff. Warm and inviting pool and personal hammock to relax. Beautiful beach only a block away. Tons of restaurants, souvenirs and even grocery stores within walking distance. Good breakfast every morning. Tons of butterflies and even a few hummingbirds frequent all the flowers around the property. I would definitely stay here again."

"This trip was a quick four day trip to Costa Rica. I just wanted a clean room on the beach. It was very economically priced. The room was clean and spacious. This is not the normal resort or hotel I would stay in but it was excellent for what I was looking for on this trip. "All the cons: The concierge mentioned that the shuttle that takes you from point A to point B within the hotel grounds makes its rounds every 15 minutes, which is not true. My boyfriend and I waited almost twenty minutes for it and still no sign of the driver. We ended up walking up the hills just to get breakfast. "We stayed in a very simple villa room with a double bed and pullout couch. The resort is very helpful in getting you picked up from way up on the hill with their truck pick ups that run every 15 minutes. The resort also provides transportation directly to the beach. The beach was very nice and secluded, with several restaurants to choose from. Only drawback. Might be that the pick ups don’t run exactly on time, and we chose to walk up and down the resort a few times."

"The bed was not good as it is very soft and older. Rest all is well, kitchen has no salt etc so you need to buy all from scratch to cook but they have all utensils."

So many pools and maintenance workers upkeeping the exterior. The walk to the Java coffee shop/Wave restaurant is 5 minutes and about 15 minutes to downtown which has many gift shops, restaurants and grocery stores.
