"This hotel is an old un renovated hotel bellow Hampton Inn standards. I will stop staying at Hampton Inns as a result. Old, dirty, smelly, broken toilet, had to get a new room , toilet is very low to the floor, difficult to use. The area is not the best either, does not feel very safe. no free internet."

"I wish one day to stay at an inn, suite, hotel, or type of establishment that offers rooms to sleep that is not Indian owners. I’m so tired of traveling and often booking and driving up to the establishment to see Indians. I have trouble understanding them and to top it off, they are always rude and always making assumptions of other people who enter their rundown establishments.
I disliked my stay at this place because
1. The room was dirty.
2. The staff were rude, despite my politeness...

"The staff was helpful with offering a refund but I still want to express my frustration and disappointment with this experience.
After traveling 3.5 hours to Mobile and arriving at approximately 9:30 p.m., the last thing I expected was to find baby cockroaches in my hotel room. Initially, I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me. I killed one, but after discovering four additional small cockroaches throughout the room, I immediately left.
