"We have stayed here many times after getting married here in 2020. The splash pad and pool is perfect for our 2 young children. This last stay was probably our least favorite stay. The hotel is under major renovations which we didn't know about until we arrived.
During our stay there was a dryer lint fire that filled the hotel with heavy smoke. my family and I were napping on the 4th floor where the smoke detectors failed to sound. We only got out of the building cause I awoke to the smell of...

"I visited the resort to have a solo night of relaxation ahead of Mother’s Day. The room I stayed in had some kind of an ant infestation. I saw something moving and then looked down at the carpet and saw so many small ants and food crumbs under the sofa. There were make up stains throughout the bathroom and on the sheets. There was hair in the bathroom shower and bathroom floor.
