"My visit to the Red Lion was awesome! I’ve visited the property a few times and it never ceases to amaze me. The box breakfast is fantastic and the coffee is excellent. The lunch and dinner options are very good and I took advantage of both. The staff is super responsive and I couldn’t say enough about them, including the cleaning staff. The history of the building is all around you and the rooms are super spacious and the gas fireplace is a fantastic way to end the day!! Thumbs up all the way...

"Upon arrival, I asked to reserve the shuttle very early the next morning. I was told no reservation was necessary because the shuttle runs every 30 minutes. At 1am when my daughter arrived a different front desk person told my daughter the shuttle takes a break between 2am-3am. When I told the young lady that the previous person didn't inform me of the break she proceeded to stick a little paper insert included with the room key that stated the shuttle hours on it. I thought this was very RUDE...

"We have stayed here multiple times when traveling to Los Angeles. We love the close proximity to Logan and also the fact there is a Margaritaville restaurant right in the hotel for dinner! "

"This property is one of the nicest Hampton Inn’s I’ve ever stayed at. The price was good for the stay, breakfast was great, the staff was very welcoming, housekeeping did an incredible job on a daily basis, the amenities were really nice as well. I 10,000% would book here again any day of the week. "

"Walking distance to nearby Convention Center. Not alot of foot traffic, especially evenings/late nights, but area felt safe. Great full kitchen. Quick cabride to/from airport, so beware drivers taking the long way to run up the fare."

"The staff were extremely polite and accommodating. The concierge also held my checked bag while I traveled to Switzerland for the week. The room was clean and comfortably. The Harbor view was amazing. The shuttle was a blessing and so convenient. I would absolutely stay here again when traveling to/through Boston. Also theres an ATM on site which is an added bonus."

"Room was clean. Bathroom sink was not draining well. Took 40 minutes to get our car, which made us late for an appointment. On arrival was told we had a $30 credit from Expedia to use for breakfast or dinner at the restaurant. We decided to have breakfast but was charged $75.00. After several phone calls was told the person was wrong who told us about the credit and there was nothing they could do. Eventually offered a $15 credit. Extremely pissed. Not good service at all. "
