"Aesthetically the property is very nice . Location is very far from public transport. It is close walking distance to many restaurants The breakfast was ok not so many options compared to other chain hotels . The terrace upstairs on top of the building didn’t have a lot of outside seating and was very crowded sadly . So We had to sit inside The beds were not comfortable the mattress was very soft and sloped and the pillows not comfortable and for it being a fairly new hotel the furniture was...

"The reason we picked this hotel was because the expedia listing said it provided an airport shuttle. When we got to Boston and and called for the shuttle they said they do not provide an airport shuttle and we have to take a cab or uber. Everything else with this hotel (room, staff, food) was fine. But the false advertising made us make a false choice."

"This hotel was in a very unsavory part of the city. There were junkies surrounding the hotel (I could guess 5-10 within a block at any given time). The front desk assured me a two block walk to the quick mart was safe but on my way I experienced several homeless aggressive experiences. Walking in the middle of the busy road, screaming at each other, etc. but then when I got to the quick mart the doors were locked. You could only purchase items from a window. "Excellent stay! The only downside is that the “poolside bar” isn’t exactly poolside. It’s a restaurant you have to completely cover up for to go inside and order. Just a tad misleading but beautiful views and excellent location so we were comfortable!"
