Next door is the amazing, great-priced Seazen Buffet. A budget hotel (an "industrial park" area, not a downtown or touristy area), safe and clean, easy parking, Cambodian owner and staff are super attentive and friendly. "Overall, I enjoyed the stay in the hotel. The room was clean and well equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Public transportation is nearby. I did not appreciate that an account has to be created to use the WLAN in the hotel. Also, the TV set was not properly set up. The list of channels was outdated (i.e., some channels weren't working at all) and the reception bad (image loosing quality/getting stuck, audio getting interrupted)."
