"We showed up late; we were a mess when we got there. The food was exceptional; everyone was unbelievably kind. If all of the people that work there aren't one family, then I'm shocked because they all acted as if they were one. They just helped us: - check in - sit down - have a great time - have a fantastic dinner - get to bed on time I don't know how many times I was offered a water or an extra blanket or an extra drink or anything that I wanted. "El hotel esta bien mantenido y bin situado en el cento de la ciudad, pero los alrededores son muy ruidosos, en un viaje a Cortina uno busca tranquilidad y eso se consigue con un hotel en las afueras de Cortina. En las mañanas siempre nos despertaba un aserradero, el ruido de la recogida de las botellas vacías etc. Si vuelvo a Cortina me quedare en un hotel fuera del centro de la ciudad."

"A genuine high quality hotel. Very friendly staff. The Dining Room is top class, superb food. Good sized rooms and well cleaned each day. Nice public rooms on Ground Floor with separate bar and dining room. Underground carpark, very useful when we got a severe snow storm. Easy walk into the town centre and there was also a crew bus shuttle service if needed. Will certainly return I hope. "

"Rooms are very nice, clean and spacious in beautiful surroundings. There are a few free parking spots also just outside the hotel which is a plus if you are coming by car. The only improvement that I can think of is the breakfast. I feel there can be a bit more options for the breakfast."

"Location is far from the main shopping area . The street is crazy busy with young college kids , apparently the cheapest beer in town is on this street , if that’s your vibe then you will like it , but if you are in Milan for shopping I would not stag here . However there are some stores and restaurants close by . The staff was great , the hotel is old with lots of mirrors that made me dizzy it felt like 1980 retro , but it was very clean I can’t complain for that , it’s my fault for not looking...

"Very nice hotel definitely recommend staying. There is parking in front however also at the back of the hotel ( entrance is by side road before the hotel). The dining is outside in big white tent and the breakfast is great a lot of variety. At this time there is some construction near the hotel so if your room is facing to the main road sleeping after 7:30 it could some challenging."
