"Reserved and paid for two rooms for one night through Expedia. Upon arrival, the front desk clerk appeared to have difficulty using a new computer system and encountered problems assigning the rooms. After checkout, the hotel incorrectly charged an additional room to my credit card. When I contacted the hotel, the clerk was unable to determine how to correct the issue. As a result, I was required to dispute the charge with both my bank and Expedia. The matter remains pending resolution."
