"Room was good Unfortunately, one of the curtain was not properly fixed and fall whe we try to close it. Regarding the restaurant, the food is good but very expensive for what is in the plate. Regarding the breakfast, very enjoyable to have fresh gaufre "

"Very friendly staff. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast needs a little bit of upgrading. Scrambled eggs are sitting to long and then becomes very dry. Should always be ready to remove if eggs are no longer fit to eat. Dinner was good. I think more needed to add to menu. "

"Nice hotel and location just of A12 so easy for onward travel. Nice rooms clean and comfortable and a reasonable selection of evening food. The Breakfast is good too. I’ll certainly be staying there again next time around and would definitely recommend."

"The hotel is bang in the middle of town and the staff are friendly, the shower is good but could use more pressure and the bed is comfy. The breakfast was the best breakfast i have had at a hotel. The Air con system has no effect on the temperature of the room and the window in our room was broken. The hotel is also over the road from a night club and is very noisy till 2am and then at 6am the bin men start up at outside. this is not the hotels fault but if you want a good night's sleep you won't find it here. "

Each course was expertly presented and full of flavour—clearly the work of a talented kitchen. The ambience in the dining room added to the experience, striking just the right balance between relaxed and refined. Breakfast the following morning was equally impressive. There was a generous selection to choose from, with both continental options and perfectly cooked hot dishes. Everything was fresh, high quality, and served with the same attentive care we experienced the night before. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, with lovely views of the surrounding grounds—making it very easy to unwind and enjoy the peaceful setting. "

"Arrived and went to pay for stay but won’t accept cash?? . Not advertised or expected only took cash luckily wife had card. Spoilt whole stay was going to eat and drink in bar , one of reasons for booking this hotel. We found elsewhere but might as well of stayed elsewhere "
