"Terrible shower just very basic hotel the gym didn’t have towels, sanitizer or water. Not worth the money."

"The room it self would have been amazing if we didnt come into a bathroom sink that when turned on exploded water everywhere and that was not an exaggeration it was coming out of every where and we were unable to use it. We got toilet paper that appeared to been soaked in water and then dried and placed in the bathroom, it was not useable. Our TV/cable did not work at all. When we tried to call down stairs the phone had not one cord connected into it nor was there any in the room for it. When...

"The room was clean. We only shared the kitchen with other guests and it was always clean. Super easy to do the self check in."

"In middle of night fire alarm was set off. We all had to evacuate, fire department showed up then left shorty after, with fire panel still in alarm! Fire devices still beeping in hallway 45mins after that! No explanation was given and no type of compensation or refund offered. When I followed up days later they stated simply don't refund the so called emergency. Even though the fore panel was never reset!"
