I checked carefully including all the corners and everywhere I looked it was pristine. The room had beautiful white linens on the bed with many pillows. That's always a huge plus. "I put excellent because whomever was at the front desk was so kind and helpful to us on the phone. We made reservations but we had an ice storm and couldn't even get out of our driveway, much less our street, so we couldn't make it to the hotel. When I called to cancel the staff associate was extremely kind and cancelled our reservation. "

"This was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. I am VERY particular when it comes to hotels. So to give a hotel 5 stars is saying a lot. I did not find one stain or hair on bedding, towels, carpet, or tile in the bathroom. The room and bathroom were very spacious. Everyone had plenty of space. The entire hotel smells clean and fresh. Breakfast was very good. Again, kept very clean. Not a crumb left on the tables. All staff members were very friendly. I would highly recommend...

"We booked this a hour or so before arriving due to a bad winter storm. The staff was very nice and were able to answer questions such as what restaurants were open. The room was nice, clean and quiet. The breakfast was just a few items. However we were warned at check in that breakfast staff were not able to get to the hotel so the front desk would go the best that they could. Under the circumstances, they did a great job "
