"Everything about the stay was great. Front receptionist was friendly. The room was clean and everything was stocked. Breakfast was great. The only complaint I have is the hallway had a smell to it but besides that everything was amazing, I would definitely stay here again. "

No floor lamp by chair and the only overhead light by the door took a while to warm up to full brightness. The tub had obviously been refinished and was badly peeling in multiple places. The flange of the shower was loose. The knob and shower knob almost required two hands to turn - need WD-40. Honestly the shower was...

"We arrived early for our check in. Our room was ready, however the lady at the front desk said if we wanted to get in the room it was considered an early check in and that there would be a $50 charge. I have NEVER in all my life of traveling been charged for an early check in. Very frustrating. She was not nice about it either. Basically, too bad, if you want in you have to pay. There were many people sitting in the lobby waiting. People were complaining as well. Also, they did not have fresh...

"Noisy location, not peaceful at all. There’s an extremely high amount of traffic around the hotel all night. Couldn’t tell the airport was close by because all the noise from the cars and trucks drowned out the airplane noise. Hotel is getting dated and needs a refresh. Pealing wallpaper and light switches that don’t work the main lighting are two examples. The mattress was uncomfortable, felt like one from a discount clearance store. I’ll never stay here again. I’m n a positive note, the staff...

"Upon arriving, there was no one at the front desk for 10 minutes. When she arrived, I had to acknowledge her first which put me off considering no one was there. But, I let it slide. Then, I was told there were no King rooms available which I had booked (I was there at 3pm). I could sense they were running behind, which in this day I understand to an extent. We did get our room which was clean and ready, but there were no toiletries in the room and our “soap” was a shampoo bottle by the sink....
