We would like to say a huge thank you to Matteo and team for well and truly exceeding all expectations for our stay. Their welcoming generosity and out of the box facilitation for our Wedding Day was truly appreciated, and we will remember it for the rest of our lives.

I had an amazing experience at Al Molo 5. The breakfast with a beautiful lake view was truly unforgettable, and the hotel itself is super clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.
I recommend coming by car, as there isn’t much within walking distance, but the on-site restaurant is excellent — great food, very romantic atmosphere, and the whole area is quiet and peaceful. Overall, a wonderful place to relax. Highly recommended!

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful location with amazing views over Lake Como.
We were allowed to drop our bags off as we arrived before check in. When we came back to check in our luggage had already been taken to our room. Rooms are spacious and modern and very clean and the view is amazing.
We had dinner first night and the food was great - especially the risotto!
We woke up the next day after a really bad storm and unfortunately the damage to the road outside was extensive. Land slide...

When you walk into the courtyard at the Palazzo you know you are somewhere special.
Arianna is very welcoming and speaks very good English. The La Vista room we chose was simply amazing. Six big windows letting the light stream in and giving us fantastic views out over the Lake. The room was beautifully decorated and furnished and was spotlessly clean. The Palazzo has a lot of history and this is explained in the very useful information book in the room. The residence is around 25–30 minutes above Lecco and offers stunning scenery, peaceful surroundings, friendly staff, and a freshly cooked breakfast made to order. The online reviews are accurate, and both the hotel and previous guests strongly recommend travelling by car, as taxis can cost €35–45 each way and many firms are reluctant to travel up to the property. Returning after a day exploring the area and watching the sunset from high above was truly relaxing.

This place is a hidden gem in a typical Italian setting 5 minutes walk from Vezio Castle in the hills above Varenna ferry port.
Rita the host and Kirsty are the most helpful and friendliest people you could ever meet and absolutely nothing is too much trouble for them to do for you. The walk down to the ferry is quite steep on a cobbled trail but only takes 10 to 15 minutes and walking back up is a little more challenging especially after some wine and pasta down at the lovely restaurants in...

Great communications ahead of our stay, and every member of staff was friendly and helpful. I really cannot compliment them highly enough. We were even shown into the breakfast room early on our last day and were able to take a packed breakfast for our journey.
The breakfast was varied, and the restaurant was excellent in the evenings. The service and food were always excellent.

Had the perfect stay at Hotel Garni Corona and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to come to Lake Como. In my opinion, it is in the best location with only a short walk to the ferry and bus stops. Not as busy as Bellagio or Varenna and proved to be the ideal base location. Plenty of restaurants, cafe’s and gelato spots right next to the hotel. Would highly recommend the room with the lake view!
