"Parking lot snow removal could be better. Once we found a parking spot, we backed into and parked onto a snow bank. Either have a vendor that can properly remove the snow or add more parking spaces. We avoid using public WIFI, our mobile service was terrible in our rooms. We could only receive internet service once we left the building. "

While trying to pay for parking on a website that doesn’t work, I got messages saying my car was going to be towed. There are way better places to stay in Duluth that aren’t a hassle. I will say the lady I had to call over and over was very nice."

"Loading zone was used up by an employee. Had to pay $7 in a parking ramp just to access property to drop of luggage. Then at check in I was suspicious room was even cleaned. Cleaner was finishing vacuuming. I was TOLD the room was cleaned. LIE! Dried urine on floor by master bedroom. Even after they cleaned it had lingering smell, that they knew about. Dirt all over the floors, finger prints every where. Kitchen not wiped down. They came back and did clean some while I was there. Did find a hair...
