"At checkin the receptionist was unengaged, borderline rude. Regarding the property, seems ridiculous they charge an extra parking fee, I have never stayed at a hotel that charges extra for guests to use their parking lot. "

"Stayed because my flight was cancelled. There was ONE person checking in upwards of 40 guests. Knowing a weather event was going to occur, appropriate staffing should have been addressed. My room was freezing cold and I could hear the person above me walking. "
