"Lovely hotel with amazing staff. Very friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet, spacious and comfortable. The only "complaint" was walking from the water to the hotel- the hills are extremely steep. Other than that, which can't be helped, we couldn't have been happier with our choice of hotels!"

"Let me start off by saying this is a beautiful property. The building and rooms very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful, I got there 30 minutes early before check in, I asked the front desk to hold my bags while I walked around and waited for check-in, my room was ready available and got me checked in right away. This is listed as a boutique hotel, I just think overall it is a little expensive considering there’s not really a lot of extras or amenities for the price. I paid for a corner room had amazing views, but if you don’t have a street view, your room will face the atrium and at that price with no view your room and property is not worth it. The beds were just okay, I was expecting a really comfy luxury hotel type bed and honestly, the mattress was pretty flat and firm. The pillows were amazing though. Honestly the embassy suites is a block away and is the same price and their beds are more comfy, they provide free continental breakfast with made to order eggs scrambles, and a complementary happy hour drink, I just feel like for the price the popular needs to offer more or lower prices for stay. Pros Very clean, beautiful bathrooms, nice view, very close and walkable ( walked to T mobile for concert and Amtrak station) Cons Expensive, roof top bar was closed due to a private event, beds not very high quality, there are water stations offered on each floor to refill water bottles- the filling stations were really difficult to use/water not cold"

"The walls were very thin because the next door people were so loud at 1AM they seemed like they were in the same room as us. No sleep was had the first night. Also, wished the continental breakfast was included with the stay. Ended up eating one time in the hotel restaurant but it wasn’t very pleasant. Know one waiting on us unless we waved them down and the price was expensive for what you got. Went elsewhere next day."

"First time staying at the Lotte hotel. The room was super spacious. The beds were so comfy! Room service was superb (have the spring risotto). The lounge on the 16th floor had delicious drinks for happy hour as well as beautiful view! Will definitely be staying at The Lotte again"
