"The property is lovely and has a very traditional English feel which we appreciated, however the entire property lacks any ventilation/airflow - suffice to say there is also no air conditioning - which made the rooms simply insufferable during a heat wave. Recognizing that the climate has changed, management needs to provide at minimum a fan per room to enable some degree of ventilation and air movement during summer months if they expect guests to be able to sleep and enjoy the facilities."

Check in late at night was a bit hap hazard, mainly due to process changes but when we really wanted to get to bed it was a bit delayed.
