Room was clean but so small for 2 adult + 2 child. Hotel did not put baby cot desoite requesting one.there were no amenitşes in the room for any of us , including the baby. We had to requested from reception.

Mauritius Hotel & Therme
The room had bugs, so the occupant (our son) requested a different room. They did comply, but then accused him of damaging the TV. It was not true anyhow, and it then turned out that they accused him before even talking to any others (cleaning and maintenance personnel) who had access to the room. ...

Reception understaffed and slow. No heating controls in room, which was cold. Other guests sometimes noisy in the corridors and adjoining rooms.
