Very clean and quiet hotel. Good location for walking to multiple locations. Easy walk into the city centre. Would definitely stay again!

Dorint Hotel am Heumarkt Köln
The hotel staff are efficient, welcoming and resourceful. Property could use an update, especially carpets in rooms. Hairdryer was sticky, scratched terribly and should be replaced!! Location is walkable to stores, restaurants, museums, galleries and the cathedral, which is fantastic.

Mauritius Hotel & Therme
Everything was quite great. Quick check in with nice staff, comfortable location, great facilities. Breakfast is quite good, even with decent coffee. I'll likey stay again

Upon check in, there was a line out the door. With only one person attempting to check people in, deal with room keys that were not working and providing other support, the line moved slowly.
