Das Personal ließ mich noch hoffen… aber das Zimmer ( Beleuchtung defekt, TV erst nach ner Stunde Suchlauf, Dusche praktisch unbenutzbar), das Bett (so weich, dass man bis auf den Boden durchsackt…) - ein Tiefpunkt!

We arrived to find the lift broken and our room on the 6th floor. The bedding configuration was not what we had requested and when we explained to the staff why we needed twin beds, they shrugged. Lift was eventually fixed and bedding provided for the sofa. The room was dated, ashtray on the terrrace was full. Convenient location

The hotel is not new but our room had been redone and was perfectly fine. The rate is really good for the location. Obviously being close to the cathedral means front row seat for the bell ringing ;-). So if you enjoy a lie-in, it's probably better to choose an hotel further away. The area around the hotel is great, lively with lots of options to eat.
