We were easily able to check into our hotel while being outside of their scheduled front desk time and the process to call and receive our room key from the lock box was very easy! The hotel is very clean and really cute and cozy!

We stayed here before our early flight at CGN airport. It's a good hotel, advise calling or contacting ahead of time to get the parking situation explained -- you drive into a mall parking garage, which is good, but otherwise you wind up parking in the area and walking to the hotel. Highly recommended.

The hotel was locked in the afternoon until 5pm and while this was in the policy section on their listing it wasn't in the check in section. Had I known I wouldn't have booked there. Grubby looking place lacking investment. Never again

Key supposed to be left in key box for arrival in morning but was not left. Phoned to question where key was got told had to wait until 3pm until someone arrived at reception. Then arrived at 3pm got key headed to room and it was still getting cleaned and told had to wait another 30 mins. Had plans for afternoon that we couldn’t goto due to no where for bags to go. Complained to reception and the woman kept telling us to smile. Would not return.

We arrived late at night (close to mid-night), so it had a dark-alley feel to it. But once there was daylight and you see the community and the day-to-day hustle and bustle, you realize that it's a wonderful community. A lot of senior citizens walking about, it feels very safe and carefree. (at night though, everyone was sleeping, we had no idea what to expect). A shoutout to the hotel manager, Benjamin Beck, I would NOT be surprised if he gets poached by another hotel -- this guy is ACES! Sincere, Professional, Knowledgeable, Patient, just the consummate hotel manager. He is a good soul. Actually, he is the soul of the hotel. Some tips... 1) If you will be arriving late at night, be sure to call the hotel and make sure that they have the keys in their safebox outside (they'll email you with key code). 2) If you're driving there you'll need parking. The hotel is part of a very large plaza. So their subterranean parking entrance is at Wilhelmstrasse, you enter under ground and just go straight all the way, it's about 2 blocks of driving underground, look for the hotel montana section. There will be a gate and you need a key to get it. So you'll have to either check-in first and get your key or get your key from the safebox in order to open the gate. Note: there is a button you can press once inside the gate, it's about 20 feet or so across from the gate. The hotel is in Troisdorf, not Cologne. Also, there's no AC and the sliding doors to the shower stall might

Wir haben 2 Tage wegen der Gamescom hier übernachtet. Positiv: Lage in der Innenstadt, gut erreichbar auch mit der Bahn. Eigene Tiefgaragenparkplätze für 6 Eur am Tag. Negativ: alles andere. Zimmer, Zustand, Sauberkeit, Service...alles schlecht. Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Das ist allerdings das einzig positive…. Die Betten sind sehr abgenutzt und sehen nicht mehr schön aus. Das Badezimmer sehr alt. In der Duschkabine sehr viel Kalk und Schimmel an den Türen. Zum Essen können wir nichts schreiben, da wir außerhalb gegessen haben.
