My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate my birthday. Staff were exceptionally helpful. We arrived late in the evening and they quickly helped us arrange dinner somewhere nearby. We had a beautiful room overlooking the Dom. The hotel is located perfectly for the train station. Thank you to all the staff who also gave me a birthday card and cake.

I loved the aesthetic of this hotel. Staff really helpful and friendly at check in. Great aircon, comfortable bed and really quiet. Good supermarket one side, Asian restaurant the other and bars opposite with tables outside. Lovely communal area on ground floor of hotel if you preferred that. Was easy to walk to the cathedral and old town but a bit away from the hectic tourist bustle. Loved it!

If travelling to the Christmas markets this hotel is the perfect spot situated at the entrance of the best Christmas market in cologne and 5 minutes from the cathedral market 8 minutes from train station and the land train stops right outside the door fabulous

One very small complaint was that the sink didn't drain. As we were only there one night, we didn't complain about it but really should have made them aware.

Great location, polite staff who all spoke very good English. lovely clean room and the breakfast was excellent. We stayed the entire day there for work purposes and can only say the food was good, the beer was good and the cocktail was great value for money.
The only slight negative was that the bed was a bit firm for me and the room got quite hot in the middle of the night but that was probably due to me not turning the air conditioning up high enough. highly recommended - you will not be...

Hotel really modern and clean and the apartment was well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Everyone was really friendly and helpful and we had a really relaxing stay. The hotel is in a modern, fairly quiet area. The bridge to the cathedral and main town is a short walk away and the Messe/Deutz station is only a couple of minutes walk away. This hotel offers a range of rooms in different sizes. I chose the smallest single deluxe room as a solo traveller, and it was perfect for me. If you can look past the small size, it has everything you need & it was furnished to a good modern standard - especially the bathroom. Reception desk employees are very friendly and helpful. The area is quite central with several local shops and restaurants nearby, as well as Heumarkt station which is one stop away from Neumarkt, Schildegasse etc.

A very dependable option - I stay here every time I visit Cologne. 15min walk from the main train station. Safe and quiet area, close to plenty of shops and restaurants. Rooms clean and spacious, comfortable beds, fantastic shower, a selection of free drinks in the mini bar.

Beautiful hotel. Stayed with my daughter as we went to a gig in Cologne. Very good location, near lots of bars and restaurants. Public transport is very close too. Rooms were clean, staff were very polite and nothing was too much trouble. Would stay again.
