The reception staff were friendly and professional, reception areas very nice. The room was very clean and modern, well paid d out. Would have given 5 stars but the pillows were t good and the bed was a bit firm for me.

URBAN LOFT Cologne
I’ve stayed here three years in a row now for a trade fair in cologne and the hotel staff are always very helpful, the rooms spotless and good location. Will be back next year!

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Nur die Ger äusche von der Straße waren extrem laut -so wie wenn die Fenster nicht richtig zu sind obwohl sie es waren.
