"Advertised laundry but there was none. Very frustrating and had to resort to paying for 3rd party laundry service. There was no daily housekeeping service despite it being listed as included service. After asking, they said it was my fault and had to be requested, yet after requesting they only did once despite multi-night stay. Issues with hot water. Had to take cold showers for days until we complained and they explained special trick to get hot water."

"This is beautiful property located in the center of the city, within walking distance to many dining options. The staff were very attentive and courteous, not only at the hotel, but also at the restaurant at the hotel. "Great staff. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling and they moved me to an upgraded room free of charge. Only caveat is the outside noise. The hotel is located where two uphill roads meet, so all the buses, trucks and motorcycles are very load because they're going uphill in 1st and 2nd gear. Can't really blame the hotel for that, but it can get really annoying. Other than that, the hotel good is great; free Netflix, supermarket right across the road, and walking distance to metro."
