"It was a very nice hotel. The history of the building was interesting."

"The room was clean and spacious enough to move a stroller around. The staff at the Bar and the conceirge we extremely kind, and helpful and provided top tier reccomendations for local entertainment and food options. The pool was unfortunately still closed. Property was clean overall and easily found from the bus and subway stations, within walkable distance to the Apollo and lcoal shops."

"The actual hotel was fine, the area that its in is not safe. Just outside of the entrance there were homeless people laying on the ground and strung out on drugs. I didnt feel safe at all having my family in this particular area of the Bronx. Would never stay here again for that reason."

"Overall, my stay was pleasant. When I first arrived, it took quite a while for the front desk employee to acknowledge me, as she appeared to be finishing up a phone call and working on something else. However, once she did, she was kind and helpful. The main issue during my stay was the temperature throughout the hotel. My room was extremely warm, and despite setting the thermostat to a cooler temperature, it never seemed to make much of a difference. The hallways and common areas also felt...

"There’s no place to park, unless you park a block away and then you would have to pay for parking. Not in a safe area to park. The area itself didn’t look safe."

"Did not appreciate hair in shower. Portable ac was used to cool room but did not cool. Room was still hot. Water pressure low in shower. Could not close shades at night do to remote not working. Lobby sitting area all had stains on couch, chair, etc. disgusting After hours key card did not work to gain entry to building."

"If possible, get the 6 person room with the private bathroom. The pods were roomy and comfy, all controls were inside (lights, charging ports, sockets) and you could lock and unlock your pod from your phone. Was close to public transportation and a choice of restaurants all around. Central Park was a stones throw away. I will definitely be staying there again. Wasn't overly expensive, well worth the price paid."

"The CPN Hotel was truly perfect. Everything was absolutely impeccable. The cleanliness, the room amenities, the comfortable double bed, the quiet atmosphere in the hotel and on the street, and the warm welcome (Thank you PAUL). The location is fantastic (5 minutes from the subway and Central Park). It’s great. We highly recommend this hotel because we stayed for a full week and everything was perfect."

"I only stayed here for one night. Once I got into the room, I tried to put the deadbolt on the deadbolt does not have anything to connect to so it’s pointless. I went downstairs. He told me all the doors are like that. Then the mattress, oh my goodness, I had two flat sheets on my bed no fitted sheet. The mattress was horrible. Had cigarette burns and I think I saw a bedbug. "We checked in and stayed about an hour before we decided to check out and lose the $600 we paid for the rooms. Everything smelled like cigarette and pot smoke, there were no windows in the room, there was no security lock on the door. There is no lobby. The internet basically didn't work, and we had no cell service in the room. I had to make calls from the parking garage. It felt very unsafe and unclean."
